Our Privacy Policy

Introduction

Welcome to the Ignite Brain Training App, built by Double Squeeze Productions, LLC. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the Ignite Brain Training app and related services.  We encourage you to read this entire Privacy Policy to understand fully how we handle your data.

By using the Ignite Brain Training app, you affirm that you are over 17 years of age and agree to the terms described in this policy. If you’re under 16, please obtain parental or guardian consent before using our app or services.

We do not collect any personally identifiable data. Ignite Brain Training’s privacy-first approach – collecting no personally identifiable information and storing all performance data solely on your device – is designed to meet or exceed the requirements of global data protection laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the EU’s GDPR, California’s CCPA, and other similar regulations worldwide. By minimizing data collection and maximizing user control, we aim to respect and protect your privacy rights regardless of your location.

This policy may be updated from time to time with new releases of Ignite Brain Training.  If our policy changes we will ask your permission before collecting any data.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at [email protected].

Our Mission

The mission of Ignite Brain Training app is to help improve individual brain power and cognitive strength. This privacy statement and our other actions are tailored to achieve this Mission.

We believe that privacy is fundamental to creating an environment where users can focus on their cognitive development without concerns about their personal data. Our approach to privacy is designed to support our Mission by:

  1. Minimizing Distractions: By not collecting personally identifiable information, we allow users to concentrate fully on their cognitive training.
  2. Promoting Autonomy: Keeping all performance data solely on the user’s device empowers individuals to have complete control over their cognitive development journey.
  3. Fostering Trust: Our transparent and privacy-first approach aims to build the trust necessary for users to engage deeply with their cognitive training.
  4. Ensuring Accessibility: By complying with global privacy standards, we strive to make our cognitive development tools accessible to users worldwide.
  5. Adapting Responsibly: Any future changes to our data practices will be carefully considered to ensure they align with and support our Mission of cognitive development.

This mission-driven approach to privacy underlines our commitment to your cognitive growth and personal data protection. As we continue to develop and improve Ignite Brain Training, our dedication to this Mission and to safeguarding your privacy will remain paramount.

Privacy by Design

Any information we do collect is in pursuit of our Mission. For example, email addresses may be collected during customer support interactions to provide assistance to our users.  Bringing these communications to a successful resolution is critical to our Mission to facilitate the development of individual cognitive strength and capacity.

While we focus on our Mission, it is important to note the following practices are contrary to the Ignite Brain Training’s mission:

  • Delivering advertising for other products through the Ignite Brain Training app. This distracts users from developing cognitive strength and capacity.
  • Collecting user information for any purpose other than improving the quality of the Ignite Brain Training app. This violates the trust of our users and hinders our ability to deliver on our Mission.
  • Selling user information to other parties, as this violates the trust of our users and impedes the development of individual cognitive strength and capacity.

This mission-driven approach to privacy underlines our commitment to your personal data protection as well as your cognitive growth. As we continue to develop and improve Ignite Brain Training, our dedication to this Mission and to safeguarding your privacy will remain paramount.

If you have any questions about this policy or other matters, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Data Minimization

Data minimization is a crucial principle in protecting user privacy. It involves collecting and processing only the data that is absolutely necessary for the specific purpose of the application. By limiting data collection to what is essential, we reduce the risk of data breaches, minimize the potential for misuse, and enhance user trust. Data minimization also simplifies compliance with privacy regulations and demonstrates our commitment to respecting user privacy. In practice, this means we carefully consider the necessity of each piece of data we collect, ensuring that we gather only what is required to provide and improve our service.
